Fridge temperature log
A weekly log for your fridges and freezers. Add your business name and units, print a sheet each week, and record each reading morning and afternoon.
Chilled food must be kept at 8°C or below; most vendors aim for 5°C or below. Freezers should be at −18°C or below.
